1. Information you share

The information requested depends on the form you choose.

• Contact and demo requests: your name, company, work email, phone number where provided, business type, selected topics or interests, and the requirements or message you enter.
• Career profiles: your name, email, phone, city, area of interest, experience, notice period where provided, resume/LinkedIn/portfolio link, and any message you enter.
• Form consent: your acknowledgement that we may use your details for the request or recruitment purpose shown on the form.

Only share information relevant to your request. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information. For a resume link, use access settings suitable for recruitment review.

2. How information is used

Contact and demo details help our team understand your requirements, respond to your enquiry and coordinate a demonstration. Career information helps us review your profile and contact you about recruitment.

Submitting these forms does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. There is no newsletter subscription or automated marketing enrolment in these website forms.

This notice covers the marketing website. It does not describe the handling of customer product, buyer or employee records inside the Growwizo software platform.

3. Service providers and form delivery

When you submit a form, the Growwizo website server processes your details and sends them to our team at hr@growwizo.com through authenticated email delivery. Confirmation or an error is shown on the same page. A successful message means the mail server accepted your request; final inbox delivery depends on the email service.

Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and store your request. Their processing and storage locations may differ from your location.

Fonts are hosted with this website. The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and page requests to deliver and secure the website.

Links to resume storage, LinkedIn, portfolios or other third-party websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.

4. Cookies and tracking

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources, page engagement and successful form submissions. Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics. Declining does not affect enquiries or other essential website features. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Analytics may process cookie identifiers, technical device and browser information, pages visited, referral sources and broad location information. We send a form category when a submission succeeds; names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and resume links are not included in our analytics events. Career submissions are measured separately from sales leads. Advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this setup.

Your analytics preference is saved in browser local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies may be set by Google when you allow analytics. Google processes analytics information under its own policies; processing locations may differ from yours. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

A temporary essential session cookie secures form submissions and helps avoid duplicate requests. The website uses a hidden spam-check field, a secure session token and submission limits. Short-lived rate-limit records contain hashed network identifiers and timestamps, not your message. Blocking essential cookies may prevent form submission. Form entries are not stored in browser local storage.

5. Records and your requests

Form submissions are delivered as email records. They are not stored in an enquiry database by this website. Email systems and service providers may retain records and backups under their own settings and policies. Temporary session records retain a submission reference and confirmation text to prevent duplicate sending; they do not retain the details entered in the form.

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your permission for further contact about your submission, email hr@growwizo.com. Include the email address used for the submission and enough detail to identify the request. Please do not send identity documents unless our team specifically needs further verification.

Our team will review your request. Any action may depend on identifying the relevant record and applicable requirements; this website does not offer an automated deletion or account-management facility.
